know moreSince 2019, Uly Sapak has provided logistics support to Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, one of the United States Department of Energy national laboratories, for the events conducted via a virtual format. From 2021 onward, the company started rendering event management services to the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat and International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), and in 2022, to the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) and Vertex Integrated Solutions LLC. In 2023, our company signed a long-term agreement with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in Turkmenistan and with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The Archabil Hotel is a five-star hotel located along the Archabil Highway in the southern part of Ashgabat. The hotel has established itself as an excellent place for events. The first floor houses two meeting rooms and a VIP room designed for conferences and seminars. The conference facilities have all necessary equipment, including the equipment for simultaneous translation, to carry out events online or in a hybrid format.
The Beyik Yupek Yoly Hotel built several years ago is part of the new passenger terminal of the Turkmenbashi International Seaport. Due to its location, the hotel serves as a convenient place for various events. The hotel has a conference hall, a restaurant and a cafe-bar. The 176-seat conference hall features state-of-the-art equipment, including simultaneous translation system necessary to hold meetings, conferences and workshops.
The Yyldyz Hotel, a five-star hotel built in 2013 is situated in the southwestern part of Ashgabat near the foothills of the Kopetdag mountains. The hotel offers various options to put on business events due to its spacious 600-seat conference hall and restaurant facilities. The automated system of mobile partitions allows transforming the hall for smaller audiences from 30-40 to 200-300 people. The conference hall has interpreter booths for simultaneous translation, as well as all necessary equipment for conferences, meetings and seminars.
